1. Do your bundles come with a printed or embroidered logo?

All of our bundles as standard include an embroidered logo, you can add extra logos to different areas of the garment for an additional cost, these will either be printed or embroidered depending on logo size and location, if you have a specific request please get in touch.

2. I've received my order, what is the fabric behind the embroidery?

This fabric is called embroidery stabiliser, it is required on all embroidered garments and helps keep your logo looking neat for longer, this will soften once washed.

3. Do you provide a logo proof?

We do not offer a proofing service as standard due to the high volume of orders we receive however if you specifically require a proof please let us know when placing your order.

4. What size is your chest embroidery?

Our chest embroidered logos are embroidered upto 90mm in height or width depending on your logo and scaled accordingly so it doesn't look distorted.

5. How long is your lead time?

Our standard lead time is around 10 working days unless you have purchased from our Express Despatch Range. Sometimes our lead time can vary due to uncontrollable factors but rest assured we will get your order to you as fast as possible!
